These terms govern access to and use of the website centraltravel.pe and the contracting of the tourism services offered through it.

Using the site implies full acceptance of these conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Central Travel Agency is a tour operator providing guided tours, tourist transport and cultural experiences in the province of Espinar and the Cusco region, Peru.

Published descriptions, itineraries and schedules are indicative and may be adjusted for weather, road or safety conditions, in accordance with the booking policy.

Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are per person. They include payment gateway fees.

Payments are processed through PayPal. Central Travel Agency never stores or has access to the customer’s card details.

The agency reserves the right to modify published prices. The applicable price is the one in force at the time the booking is completed.

Booking, date change and cancellation conditions are set out in the booking policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

The user undertakes to provide truthful and complete information when making a booking. Passenger details must match the identity document presented during the tour.

The user must follow the guide’s instructions and the conservation rules of the archaeological sites and natural areas visited.

The agency is not liable for lost personal belongings, damage arising from failure to follow the guide’s instructions, or pre-existing health conditions not disclosed before the tour.

We recommend taking out travel insurance. Tours do not include insurance.

In compliance with Law No. 29408, the General Tourism Law, and its regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2010-MINCETUR, this agency does not promote or permit the sexual exploitation of girls, children and teenagers, nor any other crime of which it takes knowledge in the course of its activity.

The contents, texts, photographs, logos and other elements of the site are the property of the company or used with authorisation. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the province of Espinar, department of Cusco.
