When you make a booking we collect: first and last name, email address, phone number, country of residence and, optionally, passport or ID number and comments about the trip.

We do not collect or store credit card details. Payment is processed entirely on PayPal’s servers; we only receive a transaction identifier and the payer’s email address.

Managing and confirming your booking.

Sending you the purchase confirmation and practical tour information.

Contacting you in case of itinerary changes, weather conditions or incidents.

Complying with applicable legal and accounting obligations in Peru.

Processing is based on performance of the tourism services contract you request and on compliance with legal obligations, in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations.

The guides and drivers assigned to your tour, only the data needed to provide the service.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

We keep booking data for the period required by Peruvian accounting and tax regulations, and in any case for as long as liability may arise from the provision of the service, including possible disputes with the payment gateway.

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or object to the processing of your data by writing to contacto@centraltravel.pe, quoting your booking code. We will reply within a maximum of 20 working days.

The site runs entirely over HTTPS with a valid certificate. The database is not exposed to the internet and access to the admin panel is restricted by credentials with lockout after several failed attempts.

This site does not use advertising tracking or third-party profiling cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site and the admin panel are used.
